Ye yoga sabse prabhavsali yoga hota hai or yeh kaha jata hai ki agar aap roj subha subha ise karte hai to aap bahut saare bimariyon se dur rahenge. Aap is yoga ke jariye apna wajan kam kar sakte hai lekin dhyan rakhe aap ise pure tarike se kare jese ki hum aapko batane waale hai.


Yoga Karne ka tarika



  1. Sabse pehle aap ye jaan le ki kapalbhati ek shaant or khuli jagah pe karna chaiye, to aap pehle ek esi jagah pe jaiye or saans ko lene or chodna suru kariye.
  2. Jab aap saans ko bahar chhod rahe hai to dhyan rakhe us time apne pet ko ander ki taraf khiche.

Ye asan b aapko tandurast rakhne me karigar hai aap iska upyog wajan kam karne ke lie kar sakte hai. Iss yoga ko karne se aapki peeth ki haddi mazboot hoti hai. Is yoga ko karne se aapka sharir lachila hota hai or aapke sharir se tanav (Stress) bi dur hota hai.

Yoga Karne ka Tarika



  1. Iss yoga ko karne k lie pehle peeth (Back) pe let jaye.
  2. Uske baad apne ghutne ko mod le. Fir apne dono hatho ko zamin se bilkul sata ke rakhe. Or fir apni back ko khiche or pet ko dhire se dabaye.
  3. Ab saans lete waqt apne pero se zamin ki disha me dabaw de or fir iss position me karib 1 minutes takk rahe.

3. Balasan Yoga Asan

Aap apne pet se charbi kam karne k lie iss asan ka upyog bi kar sakte hai iss asan ke bi bahut fayde hai. Ye yoga asan aapke pachan tantra (Digestion system) ko mazboot karta hai saath ye asan roj 10 minutes karne se aap apna pet kam kar sakte hai.


Asan karne ka tarika



  1. IS asan ko balasan islie kaha jataa hai kyu ki aapko ism eek bache ki tarah pehle apne ghutno par bethna hota hai or iss prakar aapka sara wajan aapki ediyo p aajayega. Iske baad ek gehri saans le or saamne ki taraf ko jhuke.
  2. Dhyan rahe jhukne ke baad aapke chati (Chest or Breast) aapke ghutno (Knee) ko chuni chahiye or aapka matha zamin ko chuna chahiye.
  3. Is position me 5 minute tak rahe fir wapa khade ho jaye or fir is parikriya (Process) ko 7 se 8 baar kare.

Asan karne ka tarika



  1. Is asan ko karne ke lie pehle zamin pe sidhe let jaye.
  2. Iske baad apne dono pero ko hawa me uthaye.
  3. Ab jis tarah se aap cycle chalate hai same usi tarah se apne pero ko hawa me ghumaye.
  4. Dhyan rahe ki pehle aap isko sidha ghumaye or fir disa (direction) change karde. Use ulta ghumaye.


5. Naukasana Yoga Asan

Ye sabse labdhayk or thoda mushkil asan b hai, is asan ko karne se aapko pachan tantr or mansh peshiyan b mazboot hoti h. Ye asan se aap apna pet se charbi or motapa kam kar sakte hai. Is yog ko karne se aapko bahut se rogo se mukti milegi.

Nauakana KArne ka Tarika



  1. Sabse pehle apni peeth k bal sidhe let jaye.
  2. Iske baad apne dono pero ko saath me sata ke rakhe saath hi apne hatho ko kamar se sata ke rakhe.
  3. Ab iske baad dhire dhire se garden, hath or pero ko saath m uthaye.
  4. Is position me 1 minute tak rahe or fir wapas normal awastha me aajaye. Is yoga ko din me karib 5 baar kare.


Dosto agar aap apna motapa kam karna chahte hai or charbi kam karna chahte hai to aapko ye saare asan hamare bataye anusar karne honge. Aap agar koi jankari chahte hai to hume contact kar sakte hai.
